She has 16 years’ rich experience in the field of adhesives, paints and coatings, high refractive index optical polymers, intra-ocular lenses, metal containing polymers, natural polymers, polymer nanocomposites and surfactants. She has ability to convert the ideas in new innovative products for industries through synthesis using chemistry and expert knowledge and to trouble shoot problems by providing technical support. She is a researcher with positive approach to face the challenges and solve them in simple manner.
Dr. Arora, doctorate in Chemistry, has 23 research papers and one book in national and international journals to her credit. She has very good writing ability to convert experimental work to intellectual property. She has experience as internal auditor for ISO-9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Currently, She is holding a position as Research Consultant with ChemCred as only with 6 years of expertise and became advisor helped so many industries so far. Her area and in depth knowledge is in Synthesis , Analysis , documentation and cross-verification quality checks of Polyurethanes, Solvent based and water based Inks, and Adhesives, Coatings, . Ms. Vinee Gupta is an AMU Aligarh alumnus with about four years of experience as Research Chemist. She has a deep understanding in the field of synthesis of adhesives for flexible and rigid packaging solutions. She had also worked on polyurethane dispersions and has an expertise in handling instruments. Apart of this she has also studied and implemented the Indian packaging standards at Indian Institute of Packaging. She is a researcher with vibrant approach to deal with the challenges and solve them in simplistic manner.
Presently she is looking into R&D Department as Scientist (Advisor).
This is Nisha Chaudhary graduate in chemical engineering and having 1 year experience as QC analysts and 2 years of experience as chemist in research and development of water-based polymer products and coatings .
